The Stand Restaurants is a fast-casual dining restaurant with 15 locations across Orange County and the Los Angeles area. We are growing fast, with plans to open 3-4 new locations per year. Our tagline “American Classics…Redefined” embodies our menu of high-quality classic American food. Our menu consists of made-to-order burgers, sandwiches, salads, wraps, hot dogs, veggies, side milkshakes, unique sodas, craft beer, and wine on tap. We are looking for individuals with one + years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or two years as an assistant manager
Required Skills:
- Ability to delegate to team members
- Displays high functioning organizational skills
- Enforce rest & meal breaks by planning properly with staff
- Proactive, punctual, and a great communication skill
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to engage with guests
- Resourceful critical thinking skills
